
Report A Change
During the period of accreditation, the programme shall notify the Commission in writing (within thirty days of the effective date) of any changes to the scope of service provided, as reviewed at the time of accreditation. Examples of changes requiring notification and how these changes are classified for the purpose of board action are detailed in the guidelines in the Policy and Procedure Manual linked below. (see CAMTS Global Policy 5.12.00)
Fees may be incurred with Class II and Class III changes (see CAMTS Global Policy 04.05.00) or may result in a supplemental visit.
Report an Accident, Incident, or Sentinel Event
The purpose of this report is to notify CAMTS Global about an aircraft or ambulance accident within 30 days of the occurrence. Please attach a copy of the CONCERN form (if submitted), NASA report (if filed), Preliminary NTSB Report, and any reports of local law enforcement (e.g., police department, sheriff’s department, fire department, etc.) as well as the report sent to the Joint Commission if a Sentinel event occurred.
Report a Concern/Complaint
As an accrediting agency, CAMTS Global's focus is on safety and quality patient care. The purpose of this form is to document a concern or complaint about an accredited service. Although we cannot serve as complaint mediators, we can use the information you provide to identify possible noncompliance with our standards. When a concern or complaint is received, the completed report will be forwarded to the appropriate Board members for follow-up. Individuals completing the form will receive verification that the form was received but follow-up actions by the Board of Directors will be at the discretion of the Board. All information regarding this report is considered confidential and the source of the complaint is not revealed. CAMTS Global is not a regulatory agency! Matters of billing, insurance, payment disputes and personnel or labor relations are not within the scope of CAMTS Global. In addition, patient care and safety issues that involve federal, state, and local regulations should be reported to the appropriate authority by the complainant.
